Comes now the debtor(s), , by and through its undersigned attorney, and pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. ' 1106(a)(7) as ordered by this court, submit(s) that the estate herein is fully administered and that the plan has been substantially consummated as follows: 1.
