Description of Incident:
On the above date and time I C/o Wright had just given an order tor the pod to took in for clean-up after chow was over. I
tumad to my left end told the tierman urn Willis Miller #179738 to take the ioodmrt out the door, when ·I tamed beck around I
saw Um Jeffrey Mencinelll #272600 and lim Ricky Hamby #191377 coming out of cell # 7 fighting, that w s lim Hamby's cell.

Pedrlck, Sgt Richards. Sgt Emig. Ort arrived. Both Inmates Ilm Mancinell and lim Hamby were both hanoufied and escorted
out to Infrimery and then 1E
. (EGR) Note. Both inmates were examined by Nurse Bell and cleared to be housed on 1 E pod.
Note: The fight was about IIM Hamby's commessary. Someone might have been trying to steal UM's Hamby cornmissary.
