ORDER AVOIDING JUDICIAL LIEN ON REAL ESTATE This matter is before the Court on the above-referenced Debtor's Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien on Real Estate. No response has been filed by the creditor [name of creditor] or any response has been resolved as stated below. The Court makes the following findings: 1. On or about [date], [name of creditor] obtained a judgment against the Debtor and obtained a lien against the Debtor's real property located at [address of property].

The judgment is entered of record in [style of case, case number], in [court name, division and location].
