Debtor does not object to the mortgagee's notice of mortgage payment change and will propose a modified plan to provide for this change. Debtor does not object to mortgagee's notice of mortgage payment change and authorizes the Chapter 13 trustee to make the change and to adjust the Chapter 13 plan payment, if in the trustee's opinion, the Chapter 13 plan payment must be increased to comply with 11 U.S.C. §§1322(a)(1) and/or 1322(d).
