holding the following PACER account login name______________________ who has requested an exemption from payment of the Electronic Public Access Fee ("PACER User Fee") set forth in the Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule in 28 U.S.C. ยง 1930. Cause having been demonstrated by the movant for the reasons described in the motion, supporting documents, and any hearing which may have been held on this matter, IT IS ORDERED that ______________________ (name of movant) is granted an exemption from payment of the PACER User Fee for the time period of __________________ to __________________. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all information, reports, documents, and other data obtained using a fee-exempt PACER account shall not be sold for profit or otherwise exchanged for value. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that fee-exempt PACER accounts used by all movants, including attorneys, shall be used only in connection with their exemption-related activities and

not for activities which are unrelated to the exemption. Similarly, fee-exempt PACER accounts used by bankruptcy case trustees who are also attorneys shall be used only in connection with their activities as trustees and not for other legal work. All movants shall establish a separate

fee-based PACER account for their activities which are not related to the exemption and shall use the appropriate PACER account for those activities. In addition to a fee-exempt account, the PACER Service Center shall establish a separate billable account for the movant's use in connection with the movant's activities which are not exemption-related. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the movant may not knowingly permit or cause to permit the PACER User Fee exemption to be used by anyone other than an authorized agent of the movant. The agent's use of the exemption shall be only in connection with the exemptionrelated activities for which the movant was granted the exemption, and the agent is subject to the movant's restrictions under Section 2(c)-(e) of the "Guidelines For Motion For Exemption From Payment of the PACER User Fee." The Clerk of the Court, or the Clerk's designee, shall provide copies of this Order to the movant and the PACER Service Center. IT IS SO ORDERED.
