AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL UNDER 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(1)
(Adopted pursuant to General Order dated December 2, 2008) (a) If a debtor fails to file all documents required to be filed with the Court in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1), and any extension of the deadline for filing such documents within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(3) has passed, the debtor's case will be automatically dismissed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(1), and the Clerk shall issue a notice of dismissal indicating the same. (b) If a debtor fails to submit payment advices required to be submitted to the trustee in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1)(B)(iv) and AO 1007-7, and any extension of the deadline for filing such documents within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(3) has passed, the debtor's case will be automatically dismissed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 521(i)(1) upon the trustee filing a notice of non-compliance with 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1)(B)(iv) and AO 1007-7, and the Clerk shall issue a notice of dismissal indicating the same.
