MOTION TO COMPEL INDEPENDENT MENTAL EXAMINATION
Defendant Cape Henlopen School District (the "District"), Dane Brandenberger, Janet
Maull and Cindy Cunningham (collectively, the "Defendants") respectfully move this Court
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 35, for an Order compelling plaintiff Nancy Doe to
submit to an Independent Medical Examination for the reasons set forth in the accompanying
memorandum in support of this motion.
