CERTIFICATION OF DEFAULT OF STANDING TRUSTEE 1. 2. I am the Standing Trustee for the above-captioned Chapter 13 case. The debtor(s) must provide to the Trustee, at least 7 days before the First Meeting of Creditors, a copy of his/her most recent Federal income tax return. See 11 U.S.C. Section 521(e)(2)(A)(I) and Interim Rule 4002(b)(3). 3. If the debtor(s) fails to provide to the Trustee his/her most recent Federal income tax return within 7 days prior to the First Meeting of Creditors, the case will be dismissed unless the debtor(s) demonstrates that the failure to provide the Trustee with the tax return is due to circumstances beyond the control of the debtor(s).
