Notice is hereby given that Pursuant to the Court's General Order Governing Transcript Redaction Procedures Under the Judicial Conference Privacy Policy for Public Access to Electronic Case Files, dated August ____, 2007 a form List of Items to be Redacted will be filed with the Court and served in hard copy upon the transcriber within 21 days from the date of filing of the official transcript with the Clerk of Court by the transcriber. The List of Items to be Redacted will include the Personal Data Identifiers set forth under the Court's General Order.
