ROSENDO ALEXIS CHRIST IE-HOOKER and
REGINA RENEE THOIVLAS,
did knowingly and intentionally conspire and agree together with other persons known and unknown
to the Grand Jurors to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute a Schedule II
controlled substance, to-wit: a quantity in excess of 500 grams of cocaine.
In violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 84l(a)(1), and 841(A)(l)(B).

jurisdiction of the Court, Defendants,
ROSENDO ALEXIS CHRISTIE—I-IOOKER and
REGINA RENEE THOMAS,
did knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute a Schedule H controlled substance,
to—wit: a quantity in excess of 500 grams, that is, approximately L3 lbs. (gross weight) of cocaine.
In violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(l) and 84l(b)(l)(B).
