Pursuant to Rule 7. I(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, defendant Sicor
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Sicor Phannaceuticals") hereby discloses that Sicor Pharmaceuticals is a
` wholly owned subsidiary of Sicor Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teva
Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. ("Teva USA"). The following companies are parent companies to
Teva USA: Orvet UK Ltd., Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe B.V., and Teva Pharmaceuticals
Industries Ltd. ("Teva Israel”).
. Teva Israel is the only publicly traded company that owns 10% or more of Sicor
Pharmaceuticals.
