ANDERSON was charged with a HOBBS ACT ROBBERY in violation of of
18 U.S.C. SECTION l95l and BANK ROBBERY in viOlatiOn Of 18 U.S.C.
SECTION 2ll3(a) fer an INITIAL APPEARANCE ON JUNE 2, 2005 AT 1:00
PM , and to remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshal until the
conclusion of the charges.
