STANDING ORDER
At the time an attorney makes a filing electronically, in all cases assigned to the Honorable Matthew J. Perry, Jr., Senior U.S. District Judge, counsel is directed to mail a hard copy of the pleadings to Judge Perry's chambers located at 901 Richland Street, Columbia, S.C. 29201. Copies must be received in chambers within 3 days of the filing. When submitting hard copies of exhibits they should include an index and tabs. Requests for extensions of time and matters involving discovery disputes and trial logistics will not be considered or decided ex parte. Ordinarily, such requests should be made by motion. However, if the parties agree, a proposed order, consented to by all counsel, may be submitted to the Court.
