May 1, 2006 its claims relating to U.S. Patent No. 6,738,121 ("the 'l21 Patent"), and LPL
having determined voluntarily to withdraw all claims relating to the 'l21 Patent, notice is hereby
provided that LPL withdraws without prejudice its claims relating to the ‘l21 Patent, including
Count I of the Complaint.
