Box 2164, Spokane, WA 99210-2164 a written objection and request for hearing no later than and serve a copy on the proponent, debtor, trustee and creditors' committee. 4) Parties in interest who file and serve an objection in accordance with paragraph No. 3 above will be notified of the time, date and place of the hearing on approval of the written disclosure statement. Parties in interest who do not file objections will receive no additional notice as to such hearing.
