tiled on October 6. 2006 in the captioned matter. The parties have conferred and propose the
following post—trial briefing schedule:
a Plaintiff Novozymes files its Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and
Opening Brief by November 17, 2006.
S Defendants file their Counter Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Answering
Brief by December 8. 2006.
¤ Novozymes files a Reply Brief by December 18, 2006.
This schedule would replace the simultaneous filings currently contemplated by the Final Pretrial
Order D.1. 194). lt would also alter the filing dates of the Answering and Re lv Briefs.
