respectf lly moves this Court to exclude any and all testimony and eviden e relative to a written
stateme t purportedly made by Edith Wiknik on May 12, 1992. The Plai iff has indicated that he
plans to iffer such evidence at trial by listing it as Exhibit 7 on his exhibit ilist. Such evidence
should b 2 excluded because it is hearsay and is not relevant to these proce dings and has no {
