Subornation of Perjury by the Honorable Dominic J. Squatri o, Senior Unit d,Stat% Disti Hartford, Connecticut on December 20, 2001, who fixed the pe iod ofsupervisi n`at,three__;years whi h commenced on Janua
20, 2004 and imposed the general terms and conditions there ofore adopted by the>coi.lrt. The • urt imposed the followin
special conditions: 1) The defendant shall comply with substa ce abuse treat ent program, eithe inpatient or outpatient, a
directed by the U.S. Probation Office, which may include rando urine testing. The defendant shall ay all or a portion of cost
associated with such treatment, according to his ability to pay, as directed by robation. 2) The d endant shall participate i _
a mental health treatment program, as directed by the U.S. robation Offi e, and shall pay a or a portion of the cost
associated with such treatment, according to his ability to pay, s directed by robation. 3) The d endant shall participate i I
vocational training or educational training, as directed bythe p bation office. On May 20, 2005, r. Jiles term of supervise `
release was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 months and one day impri nment to be follow d by a term ofsupervise
release of 23 months with all previous conditions imposed.
. Mr. Jiles term of supervised release is set to conclude via ma imum expirati n on August 26, 20 7.

defendant was arrested by the Hartford Police Department a d charged wit Disorderly Condu t. On May 22, 2006, th
defendant was arrested by the Hartford Police Department an charged with hreatening 2"" De ee. On July 4, 2006, Mr
Jiles was arrested by the Hartford Police Department and ch rged with Loit ring & Drinking in ubiic. All matters remai
pending in Hartford Superior Court. On September 12, 2006, r. Jiles was a ested by the Hartfo d Police Department an
charged with Carrying a Pistol without a Permit & Money Laun ering 1** Degr e. He is being held on a $250,000 bond.
