No. 22] should not be dismissed against Dorothy Cedrone, Angelique Conroy, Lisa Moore, Kim Curtin, Gallaher Basset Services, Inc, General Motors Corp, and St Vincents as frivolous under Section 1915 for, among other reasons, lack of jurisdiction.
