MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to D.Conn.L.Civ.R. 7(b), Lead Plaintiffs Irene and Gustav Rucker ("Lead Plaintiffs"), by and through their attorneys, hereby respectfully move this Court for an extension of time to file the Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss through to and including December 11, 2003.
