1. SAHAR FATTAH KLOUB, the defendant he ein, is a citizen
and national of Jordan, and was admitted to th United States as
a lawful permanent resident in 1992.
2. Subsequent to her admission to the U ited States and
while she was present in the United States, th defendant was
l convicted of a crime of violence, as defined i‘ Title 8, United
States Code, Section 1101(a)(43)(F), to wit: o or about June 26,
1996, the defendant was convicted in criminal c urt in Puerto
Rico of Aggravated Arson in violation of Articl 196 of the
Puerto Rican Penal Code, for which the defendan was sentenced to
