m ?§0—~month term of confinement for Conspiracy to Possess with
.H ntent to Distribute 100 Grams or More of Heroin. At the time of
5 sentencing, you recommended Mr. Santiago be confined at the
’2F'ederal Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. You also
5 rrecommended he participate in the Residential Drug Abuse
ré §reatment Program and receive mental health treatment.

Q recommendations. Regrettably, the Lexington facility is
-a · experiencing population concerns at this time. Mr. Santiago has
SP3 been designated to the Federal Correctional Institution, Fort
i E Dix, New Jersey, the most appropriate facility with available bed
m u space. Please be assured staff at the Fort Dix facility have
5* S been made aware of your recommendations and will encourage
m O Mr. Santiago to participate in a substance abuse treatment
E m program. They will also address his mental health needs.
