the past and her services in this matter were essential to the effective representation of Mr. l
Marrero.
l Wherefore, counsel for defendant respectfully applies to the Court to approve the
· vouchers submitted by Ms. Gomez-Michel and to pay them in accordance with the terms
l and requirements of the Criminal Justice Act. To the extent that the- Court needs a dollar l
figure for purposes of this application, counsel requests that the sum of $2,500.00 be
authorized in this instance to cover any outstanding vouchers that might exist for Ms.
l
Gomez-Michel’s services. Undersigned counsel asserts that he does not anticipate any N
additional requests for these kinds of services in this case in the ihture. I
