Plaintiff Design Innovation, Inc., respectfully requests an extension of time to file
a Reply Brief with respect to its Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s Ruling on
Defendant’s Motion to Cancel Disgorgernent Hearing. Specifically, Plaintiff seeks an
extension of time until June 22, 2006 to file its Reply Brief Plaintiffs Reply Brief was
originally due on June 16, 2006. The additional time is required due to the complexity of
the issues involved. Counsel for Defendant consented to this request for an extension on ‘
June 15, 2006. Plaintiff previously consented to Defendant’s request for an extension
with respect to its Opposition Brief oeoo
WHEREF ORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this motion be granted and that
it be permitted to file its Reply Brief on June 22, 2006.
