the defendants have not responded fairly or completely to di coveiy equests. {

The plaintiff served interrogatories and production req I ests on he defendants on April 22, 2003.

Six months later, on October l4, 2003, the defendants fil d thei answers but have produced no
documents. The answers received left many further questions and foll wup interrogatories will be tiled.
The plaintiff tiled a Motion to Compel on June 25, 2003 w `ch has ot been acted on.

The plaintiff will need six additional months, u itil Jul 31, 2004 to submit followup
interrogatories and obtain complete answers and productioul.
