many oocasions over the past thirty years.
3. I am a current tnember of the ltlational Employment Lawyers Association and the
Irlarlford County Bar Association.
9. My Martindale Hubbell rating is AV — that publication’s highest rating.
I0. As an attorney with more than thirty years of expetience, I am familiar with the
prevailing rates for counsel in employment eases in Connecticut.
l l. I am familiar with the legal work of Rachel Baird. I have reviewed her
experience and qualilications and know of her reputation as a skilled attorney. Ms. Baird is well
qualified to try eases involving state and federal employment laws.
I2. Ms. Baird’s hourly rate of S300 is reasonable and consistent with the prevailing
fee for attorneys with her degee of experience and expertise. My eurreut hourly rate is 53Si for
handling similar matters.
