o March 10, 1998. As part of Intsf$edia’s acquisition of STF, all
outstanding shares of STF's commonfsdbck were cancelled in exchange for
$h5 per share (i.e., merger considérdtion). Several days ago, Ms. Yvonne
Mdsley of the FDIC’s Asset Marketingnyhit contacted Continental Stock
Transfer (“Continental”) to verify cHe·value of the Collateral and to
cqnfirm the research of our securities expert. Ms. Mosley was advised by
Cdntinental that the above referencedistock Certificate pledged by
A torino had been cancelled on £¤l¥§$2h.l221 (hereinafter the _
“3ancellation”). The FDIC did not rdeeive any notice regarding the
Cancellation. Furthermore, the FDICQ§id~not receive payment for the
vahue of the shares represented by'[email protected] Certificate and it did not
