I This action came on for consideration of the plaintiff' complaint before the I
I Honorable Alvin W. Thompson, United States District Judge I
The court considered the full record of the case inclu Iing applicable principles
of law, and filed a ruling and order dismissing the complaint without prejudice to
the filing of an amended complaint within 45 days. The am·Inded complaint
shall include the names of the persons who held the positions of Director of
Connecticut State Library History and Genealogy Unit, Librar anof the Connecticut I
State Library History and Genealogy Unit in August 2002 an the persons
referenced only as John and Jane Doe 1-25. In addition, Fo djour may reassert the I
other claims included in the complaint, if he can allege facts o overcome the I
deficiencies identified in this ruling. Failure to file an amend d complaint within the
time specified will result in the dismissal of this case with pr judice.
