Section 605 IFC 2003 Edition Electrical equipment and installations shall comply with Section 605. Section 906.1 IFC 2003 Edition Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed where required by Table 906.1 and where required by local ordinance. Section 1003.2.8 IFC 2003 Edition Obstructions, including storage, shall not be placed in the required width of a means of egress, except projections as allowed by the Building Code. The required capacity of a means of egress system shall not be diminished along the path of egress travel. 675 IAC 12-4-9(a) The building shall be maintained in accordance with the Indiana Building Code in effect at the time the occupancy classification use began. Section 1003.2.11.2 IFC Exit emergency lighting shall be maintained in operable condition. Section 703.2 IFC Fire rated construction and opening protection shall be maintained in accordance with Section 703.2. Section 1011.2 IFC Exit doors shall be maintained free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in case of fire or any other emergency. Section 1011.3 IFC Furnishings, decorations or other objects shall not be placed so as to obstruct exits, access to exits or visibility of exits. Section 1003-2-11 IFC Exit signs shall be illuminated and operational at all times that the structure is occupied. Section 310 IFC No smoking signs shall be posted in each location in which fireworks are sold, offered for sale, or stored. Section 308 IFC No open flame device shall be used in any location in which fireworks are sold, offered for sale, or stored. Section 315 IFC Combustible storage shall comply with the provisions of Section 315. Page 1 of 2

Please be advised that if you desire administrative review of this Order, you must file a written petition for review with the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission at 402 West Washington Street, Room 246, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204, identifying the violations for which you seek review no later than eighteen (18) days from the date of the order, unless such date is a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday under State statute, or day that the Department of Homeland Securitys offices are closed during regular business hours, in which case the deadline would be the first day thereafter that is not a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday under State statute, or day that the Department of Homeland Securitys offices are closed during regular business hours. If you do so, your petition for review will be granted and an administrative proceeding will be conducted by an administrative law judge appointed by the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. If you do not file a petition for review, this Order will be FINAL and you MUST comply with its requirements. Please be further advised that you may request an opportunity to informally discuss this order prior to filing a petition for review. Such informal discussion, or a request therefore, does not extend the deadline for filing a petition for review and, therefore, any request for an informal discussion should be made promptly, preferably by telephone, upon receipt of this Order.
