REGISTRATION FEE: $150 fee Stallion will be registered for the 2009 breeding season, a listing (stallion's name, sire, dam, gait, stud fee, and location of stallion) of the stallion and pedigree page will be included in the 2009 Stallion Directory, if postmarked by October 1, 2008. LATE REGISTRATION FEE: $250 late registration fee. Stallion registration after the October 1 deadline, for stallions who have been previously registered in Indiana. The late fee is in addition to the $150 registration fee, for a total of $400. The late fee is waived for new stallions to Indiana after Oct.1, 2008, however the $150 registration fee still applies. I, the undersigned, do hereby make application for stallion registration for the above stallion for the year 2009. I understand and agree that the above stallion will stand for the breeding season (February 15 though July 15) of 2009 in Indiana, and at no time during the breeding season will he be removed from the State of Indiana for breeding purposes. Explanation of Fees
REGISTRATION FEE: Registration fee of $150 required for stallions to register for the 2009 breeding season. Fee includes listing and full pedigree page in the 2009 Stallion Directory. Please note, in order to be included in the 2009 Stallion Directory, the registration must be postmarked by October 1, 2008.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: Stallions who have been previously registered in Indiana and fail to meet the October 1 deadline will be charged a late fee of $250 in addition to the $150 registration, for a total of $400. The late fee is waived for a new stallion which has never been previously registered in Indiana registering after the deadline, however new stallions must pay the $150 registration fee.

Guidelines for Registration
Stallions must be registered and approved by the USTA. A registered stallion must stand the breeding season (February 15 through July 15) of 2009 in Indiana, and no time during the breeding season be removed from the State of Indiana for breeding purposes.

This registration is subject to all rules and conditions established by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission.
