JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE DISCOVERY
1. The attomeys for the Plaintiff and Defendantjointly move this Court for an
extension of time to the 22"° of December for the completion of Discovery in the
above captioned matter.
2. The Defendant, United States of America, has not formally answered the
Plaintiffs Interrogatories to date, and the Plaintiff has not completed his disclosure
of expert witnesses, or deposition of some of the Defendants doctors.
3. This is the third request for extension of time to complete Discovery.
