Paperwork Reduction Act Statement: The information that is submitted is used to improve the Aircraft Certification systems Evaluation Program (ACSEP) including the training associated with the program. Although not mandatory, it is requested that this form be completed within thirty (30) days after the completion of the evaluation. The information is submitted by the company evaluated, and is used only to improve the evaluation process, training and team make-up training/updating. The information is held in confidence. We estimate that it will take no longer than 30 minutes to complete the survey. Please note that an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
