NOTICE TO HEIRS AND LEGATEES - WILL DENIED
Attached to this notice are copies of a petition to probate a will and an order denying the will to probate. You are named in the petition as an heir or legatee of the decedent. You have the right under Section 5/8-2 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/8-2) to contest the denial of the admission by filing a petition with the court within six (6) months after entry of denial.

NOTE: This notice must be mailed within 14 days after denial of admission of the will. The attached order must show the date of entry.
