NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUBSEQUENT PETITION (Pursuant to D.C. Code §21-2031 and SCR-PD 311 and 322) You are advised that a hearing has been scheduled before the District of Columbia Superior Court, 515 5th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001 at______________ __.m. on ____________________, 20______in Courtroom____________________ for the purpose of considering whether to grant the relief requested in the following described petition:________________________________________________________________. A person entitled to file a response who wishes to do so must file the response within ten days of the date of this notice (or 13 days if this notice has been mailed). A copy of the response must be sent to the persons whose name(s) appear(s) below under "copies to". At the hearing the court will hear from all parties and persons entitled to participate and may take testimony on the issues presented. At the hearing to which this notice relates the above described pleading will be considered. Parties are entitled to the following rights: to respond in writing to the above petition; to appear through counsel; to participate at the hearing; to conduct discovery with the Court's permission; and to receive copies of pleadings filed by other parties.

Any person who is not a party but who wishes to participate in the hearing must file a proper petition (Petition for Permission to Participate) and proposed order (Order Permitting Participation) in accordance with SCR-PD 303 (b).
