MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION Pursuant to D.Conn.L.Civ.R. 7(c), the Defendants hereby respectfully move this Court to reconsider its ruling dated February 26, 2004 granting Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint. The ruling was issued before the Defendants had an opportunity to file an objection to the Plaintiff's Motion, which has since been filed. As more fully set forth in the accompanying Memorandum of Law, The Court should reconsider its ruling, and overrule the Plaintiff's Motion.
