I, petitioner, swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that all the information I provide in this petition is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. 1. I am requesting (check all that apply) a 20-day protective order. (This order, called an "ex parte" order, can take effect immediately without prior notice to the respondent.)
