, do hereby declare: 1. I am the Deputy District Attorney/City Attorney assigned to prosecute the case of , Case Number . 2. Pursuant to Standing Order SSC-JV-021, I have reviewed and received juvenile case file records concerning the above-named juvenile. 3. I have determined that portions of the juvenile case file records are exonerating or mitigating evidence subject to mandatory disclosure to the defense in my pending criminal or delinquency action pursuant to Brady v. Maryland (1963) 373 U.S. 83 and therefore am obligated to disclose those portions of the records to , the defense attorney in that case. 4. I will disclose those portions of the records upon receipt from the defense attorney that he/she agrees to not disclose the contents of the documents received, other than in the pending delinquency or criminal action, among the parties to that action, to the Court, and to expert consultants or witnesses utilized in preparation or presentation of the action, who shall also be informed by the defense attorney of the contents and limitations of Standing Order SSC-JV021. 5. At the conclusion of the pending delinquency or criminal action, I and the defense attorney shall cause all copies of the documents released pursuant to Standing Order SSC-JV-021 to be destroyed, except that a single copy of the documents may be retained in each counsel's file, in a sealed condition, and no person shall have access to the documents thereafter without further order from this Court.
