I, the defendant in this action, request that the order to install an ignition interlock device on any vehicle I own or operate during the period of my probation (CVC §23575) be waived. In support of my request, I declare under penalty of perjury as follows:
Yo, el acusado en esta causa, solicito que la orden de instalar un aparato de cerrojo del volante en todo vehículo del cual yo soy el propietario o que yo opere durante el período de mi probación (CVC §23575) sea dejada sin efecto. For the reasons stated above and in the interest of justice, the court finds it would be inappropriate to order installation of an ignition interlock device on any vehicle owned or operated by the defendant during the period of probation. Defendant's motion to waive ignition interlock installation pursuant to CIVIC §23575 is granted.
Por las razones arriba expuestas y en el interés de la justicia, la corte falla que es inapropiado ordenar la instalación de un aparato de cerrojo del volante en todo vehículo operado o que sea de la propiedad del acusado durante su período de probación. Por ello aquí se le otorga el pedido del acusado sobre el retiro de la orden de instalación del aparato de cerrojo del volante de acuerdo a la CVC §23575.
