120 days E) Settlement conference; all motions heard and all discovery completed except for expert depositions scheduled within 1 week; Trial set 2-5 weeks after settlement conference. 150 days

All times are measured from the date of this order and all parties are ordered to comply with the provisions of this order. Parties may alter, by written consent, any of the scheduled dates for events A through C. Leave of Court is not required and it is not necessary to file the written consent with the court, unless the matter of consent is placed in issue. The schedule dates of event D and E can only be changed by the court. All motions not heard prior to the settlement conference are deemed abandoned. CCCDT203 04/97
