JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated January 8, 2007, Lockheed Martin Corporation ("Lockheed Martin") and the Government submit this Joint Status Report. To expedite resolution of this consolidated case, Lockheed Martin and the Government met on February 7, 2007, to attempt to negotiate a global settlement of all issues in this consolidated case. The parties left that meeting with a serious settlement proposal, which is currently under consideration by the respective parties.
