Identification filed herein on August 31, 1999 by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in which Dr. Litan was identified as an expert witness, is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and is incorporated by reference. Dr. Litan is compensated

at the rate of $550 per hour for both his preparation and testimony.
