The Appendix contains printouts of two Excel spreadsheets that each exceed 100 pages, and are thus each too large to be filed electronically as a PDF file within the constraints of the Court's current rules concerning electronic filings. A paper copy of the Appendix has been served upon plaintiff's counsel by overnight delivery. For the foregoing reasons, defendant respectfully requests that the Court grant leave to file the paper versions (rather than the electronic versions) of the original and two copies of the Appendix in support of Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment.
