The parties have scheduled a settlement conference for Friday March 2, 2007 at the Department of Justice. Undersigned counsel has consulted with counsel for the Government, who has indicated that he concurs in this status report. Pursuant to the Court's aforementioned order, the parties will file another status report with the Court in sixty (60) days and every sixty days thereafter pending settlement.
