PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AN APPENDIX TO ITS POST-TRIAL BRIEF Plaintiff, Northeast Savings, F.A., respectfully moves for leave to file an appendix to its post-trial brief. Counsel for defendant, the United States, does not oppose this motion. Included in the Appendix, which is attached to this motion, are the following: · A CD containing plaintiff's redacted post-trial brief and all exhibits, trial testimony, and deposition testimony that plaintiff cited in its post-trial brief, except for the exhibits and testimony that are under seal. · A hard copy of all pages of the exhibits, trial testimony, and deposition testimony that plaintiff cited in its post-trial brief, except for the exhibits and testimony that are under seal. Relevant passages in the exhibits have been highlighted.
