Pursuant to the Stipulation of Dismissal of Counts I, II, IV, and V of the Amended Complaint, filed February 27, 2008, the Opinion filed January 25, 2008, and the court's Order of March 6, 2008, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this date, pursuant to Rule 58, that Counts I, II, IV, and V of the Amended Complaint are dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, Meadows Resources, Inc., is dismissed with prejudice for lack of standing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiffs, Republic Savings Bank, F.S.B., Republic Holding Company, and MCB Financial Group, Inc. shall recover of and from the United States the sum of $14,641,059.29.
