Mr. Jonathan J. Frankel, Mr. John Janecek, Mr. Ariel Waldman, and Ms. Sara K. Kasper are members of the bar of the United States Court of Federal Claims, function solely as legal counsel for plaintiff, and are not involved in competitive decision-making. Mr. Stephen Preston and Mr. Timothy Schnabel function solely as legal counsel for plaintiff, are not involved in competitive decision-making, and are not members of the bar of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Under the protective order, section II.3, legal counsel for a party to the lawsuit is permitted access to the protected information covered by the protective order.
