This letter Es sent In response to your e-niai dated November211 2006 regarding ths CF'ARS Assessment of BLR Group of America, Inc. under Contract No. FA4452-OGC-0O03.

Your e-mail states that the CPARS process is designed to fairly evaluate our performance under this specific cQntract. We have reviewed the CPARS assessment of BLR Group's performance and believe that a lair evaluation did not occur in this Instance.
Accordingly, please accept this as BLR Groups written request for a meeting to discuss BLR Croups CPARS assessment in accordance with the third to last paragraph of your November 21, 2006 emaiL We ask that the meet[ng occur no later than Thursday, December 7, 2006 so that we may be better inlormed and have ample time to respond to the CPARS assessment before expiration of the 30-day period allotted (or our response. In that reQard, I respectfully request that you send me, va e-mail, some suested times and dates for the meeting, as well as a list of the indMduals who you expect will be attending for the government.
