extension ofthe briefing schedule on two pending motions: Det`endants’ Motion to Dismiss and
Piaintiff’s Motion to Remand. Since this is the third request for an extension, the parties thought
it appropriate to advise Your Honor that they believe that the matter has been settled and that the
requested extension will allow time to produce the necessary documentation and to obtain the
necessary approvals The parties hope to tile dismissal papers in this Court prior to the end of
the requested extension.
