The Court, having considered the parties’ briefs on Hewlett-Packard Company ’s Motion
to Stay Pending Resolution ofthe Case Against LCD Module Manufacturers, hereby finds that
the relief sought by Defendant Hewlett-Packard Company should be GRANTED.
ORDERED that Hewlett-Packard Company’s Motion is GRANTED and all claims
against Hewlett-Packard Company pertaining to any alleged infringement of the patents-in-suit
are hereby stayed pending resolution of Plaintiffs case against LCD module manufacturers.
