JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's August 20, 2004 order, the parties file this joint status report to inform the Court of the progress of discovery in this case. The parties have completed their first exchange of written discovery and are satisfied that it is progressing appropriately. The parties have tentatively scheduled depositions for the last week of October 2004. At this point, the parties expect that discovery will be completed by the January 14, 2005 cut-off date.
